Wow. Thanks for sharing. That’s very transparent and self-revealing. I’ve also been on a long journey of learning to see the good things in myself and others, and in what we all produce. I try to find something that works, or that I like, believing that it will cause that thing to increase and multiply, in myself and in others. I think it works.
