There’s nothing wrong or right with what seems to be happening. It’s just all there is.

This message is terrifying for the self-illusion and of course it seems to balk at it and seems to fight with it.

The self grasps for evidence of its existence: “See, you put Ph.D. after your name so therefore there you must have a separate self.“ There is no me to have a separate self and there is no you either. It’s very obvious. Pick your favorite blatant narcissist; there is no self there either. It’s plain as day. There is only non-separate wholeness.

Everything has always been happening just as it is without any self. Nothing is evidence of a self. It’s all perfectly impersonal.

There’s nothing wrong or right about recognizing this or not recognizing this. It’s not an achievement. It’s just how it is. Even if the self thinks it wants to recognize this, it’s the last thing it wants to recognize because it means total annihilation, but total annihilation of something that never was.
