The self can never see reality because the self is not real. How can something that is not real see what is real? The self is an illusion that struggles to find the end of itself. It will never find what it’s looking for, which is to discover that itself is an illusion. When it is revealed that the self is an illusion, it will be revealed that the self never even existed.
