Thank you. In my experience, depression is another flavor of suffering. There has been a lot of research that shows that mindfulness practice alleviates depression, and that depression is a form of non-mindfulness. I always recommend that people suffering from depression use mindfulness as one part of addressing it. I have done that with clients/patients a lot.
