I believe that experiences of non-duality are much more common than most people know. I remember reading some study that found that a large percentage of the population (was it 10% or 50%) has had an experience of non-duality.

Perhaps I got that wrong though.

Experiences aside, I recommend practicing Vipassana meditation, as taught by S. N. Goenka, and not being concerned about having or not having any particular experiences. I seem to have less of these experiences now, while I’m feeling more and more content and balanced. I think I’m gradually getting there, from within the framework of the body, rather than popping out, or through, into that reality.
