Pain comes from no-thing (is no-thing), as does (is) everything else. Suffering is illusory non-identification with pain. Freewill and choice, though also coming from (and being) no-thing, have a different quality to pain. Pain is neither real nor unreal, but is apparently happening, to no one. Choice is absolutely an illusion on another level. There is no one to choose, there is nothing happening, and there is no other way this could be.
