Nice. Yes, this is addressing the Net Neutrality issue, which seems to be a problem in the USA. I have witnessed amazingly fast and inexpensive internet in other countries, particularly Taiwan. I also have a lot of experience with internet in the UK, having lived there for quite a long time. I don’t know what the rules and regulations are related to ISPs in those other countries.
