Awesome. This reminds me of something: when I do act-out following an emotional reaction, I now tend to own it as soon as possible and apologize quickly. I noticed recently that my wife seems to have started doing the same thing. We’re both learning to apologize and reconcile much more quickly when one or both of us goes unconscious and acts out in reaction rather than consciously responding.
